Best Dressed Lady 2011

The Fashion Shed are proud sponsors of the Best Dressed Lady Competition at the Ballinrobe Ladies Race Day which took place this year on Tuesday 21st of June.

Winner
We would like to congratulate Suzanne McGarry from Sligo, the winner of The Fashion Shed Best Dressed Lady 2011. Below are some images of Suzanne and the 9 runners up.

Suzanne wore a self-designed outfit which was created by her mother, a former dressmaker. "I’ve always enjoyed coming to Ballinrobe Races so it is a real honour to be selected as the Best Dressed Lady. I designed the dress myself and my mother spent three months creating the outfit so it means a lot to me that her hard work is honoured here today." said Suzanne.

Prize
Suzanne won a €2,000 voucher for The Fashion Shed, allowing her to shop online from over 40 Independent Irish Boutiques and Retailers.

Former contestant on the BBC Apprentice and regular contributor to the RTE series Republic of Telly, Jennifer Maguire was on hand to judge The Fashion Shed Best Dressed Lady. "There were so many beautiful ladies to choose from that it was a really difficult task to select just ten finalists and the eventual winner from such a competitive line-up. The women from the west are some of the most stylish in the country and it was wonderful to see the variety. Suzanne put a tremendous amount of effort into her stunning outfit, it was great to see her individuality shine through so much." said the celebrity judge.

The 9 runners up received a Goody Bag which included
